Having fallen foul of the original extremely complicated and poor…read morebooking system, I finally had my appointment booked for this morning and spent a good few hours moving many pieces of small furniture, large TV etc ready to have my carpets cleaned. 15 minutes after the appointment time I phoned to check they were still coming. 45 minutes afer the appointment time I received a call back to say that they had got 'held up' and couldn't confirm when someone would be there. When I pointed out that this wasn't great service I was transferred to the owner who started the conversation with 'what's your problem' then proceeded to scream and shout at me. When I referred to the reviews on this site he claimed that people who write or read reviews are not the type of client he wants and put the phone down on me! In complete contrast I called Groupon to complain. I was advised that many similar complaints had been received and that my money would be refunded immediately plus a gesture of goodwill - please note 'Mr Brag', that's what great service looks like. Unfortunately Brag do not seem to be able to cope with the level of business Groupon delivered which suggests to me that they are too small a business to be worth dealing with and service is clearly patchy. The pressure has also clearly got to the owner who needs to remember his manners. If you haven't already redeemed your Groupon voucher my advice is to call them and claim a refund - they do have other carpet cleaning offers coming up apparently!

They now have a new online booking system which does not work all the time. When you do manage to speak to someone (which is frustrating in itself) they can be very rude with questions such as "What do you want me to do about it?" Call that customer service? Customer Disservice more like. I made my initial booking 5 months ago. The last reply I received they told me they could not adhere to last year's prices even though I have been trying to make a booking for 5 months. I do not have to hope that this Company will go bankrupt. It's obvious that they will. Good riddance.
