Three stars because there's an hour long lunch and my teacher changed an F to B for second quarter when we were in fourth quarter (shout out to Mr.Stutes). Also my chemistry teacher used to whip out his guitar and not gonna lie I was afraid most of the time. Some kid quacked in my ear during passing period. Yes he physically made the duck sound in my ear and it all happened so fast that I didn't even see his face. So if ur out there, duck kid, I miss u. Our admissions office bought golf carts with the theaters funding so that was pretty fun considering that came from our shows admission tickets and we don't even have enough money to buy new costumes we just rely on people bringing clothes in from home. My boyfriend at the time tried killing himself in front of the school so that might be a notion of how bad this place is. Honestly shout out to Stutes, Sharon, Isaacs y'all are golden beams of sunshine in this dark abyss called high school. Biblically based and filled with genuine love for people. The pastors and the staff are awesome, they truly care for each person and really take the time to show love and invest in the community and city. I'm honestly surprised I didn't hear about this church sooner with how much they do! It's a great church for families and people of all ages. They have a great program for kids, all the way up to high school and even have a program for college students. I recommend this church to anyone!

This whole district is a mess but this school harassed me and my daughter so much. First they…read morecalled me into a meeting about my daughter then claimed they didn't get her transcripts from the last school she attended. They did. They just didn't look at them. The last school was a private one and they sent it before my daughter started. The staff sat across from my daughter who came to me through foster care and has an autism diagnosis. As I told them we had everything sent over in the meeting the staff kept talking over me and saying no no no no you didn't but I did and when I checked with the registrar she had them. She said I don't know why they said that. When I wrote the principal who didn't show up to the meeting they said let's only talk about the future not what's happened already. Then my daughter came to school and had a vape. She told the school a 18 year old gave it to her. She gave his name and everything. The school did nothing. They at first didn't tell us she said she got it from anyone. They just were agressive towards us. We pulled her from the school and in the end left the area. So many drugs and peace officers who do nothing. The schools will tell you being illiterate in high school is normal around there. Before I moved they sent out notice that the middle and high school could combine as they are both struggling with numbers. They aren't educators and they aren't being mandated reporters when a 18 year old that the whole police and schools know who he is and they don't do a thing. This same boy drugged my 17 year old and she was too afraid in this area to even talk to police.

The hymns we sing, the choir & special music is incredible! The God given talent in this church is truly remarkable! The people are extremely friendly! I love how the little ones above first grade sit in church for the music & then the 1st - 6th graders go to Jr. church to hear Bible stories for their age group that they could understand, while the adults hear a great message from Pastor Read. This church is truly a blessing.
