Gave a ride to a disabled family member for an appointment here, and this very thoughtful place had the disabled access ramp at the rear of the building blocked with multiple vehicles (we we're there for at least an hour and the few clients that came/went were NOT parked in back), AND the door for the disabled entrance at the top of the ramp was blocked with a large plant and furniture. WTAF??? Reception just sat on their asses and watched with disregard as my two disabled passengers with crutches and canes had to struggle to climb up more than ten steps, and over wet, leaf-covered pavement/bricks.
I'm glad I'm not a client here, and this business should be as well -- I didn't ream anyone out of respect for my family members. But, rest assured, I recommended they either change providers or demand these non client-friendly practices change.
