Welp it wasn't steel and it was white gold and now out of luck because of her mistake. Blamed it on me and gas-lit me for it. Really unprofessional and wouldn't ever do business again. After months of emails and sharing with Ms. Baggenstoss all of my existing documents regarding my…read morecollection she unceremoniously emailed me that she needed to "resign from your assignment due to a time crunch currently; apologies for that." Advice to Ms. Baggenstoss- If you don't have time to take on new clients then don't take it them on waste months of time and then drop them 4 days before the work was scheduled to be completed. It's unprofessional, it's a waste of my time and it's completely avoidable. Advice to readers- Be warned, you may spend months only to get nowhere and need to start again. Response: If Ms. Bagenstoss had been remotely apologetic in her cancellation email ( or made any previous mention of health issues or time constraints) I wouldn't have posted negative reviews. Indeed when I emailed her my response to the abrupt cancellation (essentially this review with a mention that I would leave negative reviews) her response in full was "Thank you!". Taking care of yourself and treating other people's time and energy respectfully are not mutually exclusive.

Called Dryworx and my home insurance. They got everything for my insurance company and dealt with them directly. The insurance initially try to say the damage looked to be months old, but Dryworx was able to get enough pictures and proof to show it was only a few days old (hot water made things look like it's been leaking for months). Glad I didn't have to deal with the insurance company alone. Because the issue was behind the water heater, we had to get a plumber involved to move it and Dryworx handled all of that. Drywall was removed, everything was dried over a few days, then patched up. Looks good as new. Better even. I had to change the payment method on them a few times and they were very accommodating. Everything was easy to schedule, everyone was always on time and didn't leave any messes or damaged anything. All in all, glad I found them on here. Thank you, Dryworx!

Since I use the garage for my car, I opted to offload into one room in the house, since I have sold my home. Seth and his partner whose name escapes me again, were very careful in moving items into the house, onto the hardwood floors. The cost was less than I was quoted by other movers, who only gave a flat rate. These folks work by the hour, and they give 100% to the job. They moved a LOT of boxes and furniture in a little over two hours. I would highly recommend this company for their courtesy, cooperation, and a job well done!

Can't overstate how great Peter and his helper at ANC Movers proved to be. I purchased a Steinway…read moreconcert grand on Friday and the piano technician asked Peter come over to meet me. He not only promptly showed up on Saturday morning, but quoted a competitive price to move the piano from Portland, Ore to near Sacramento, a good 9.5 hr drive. He even offered to schedule it for pick up the next business day. By Monday night the piano was not only here and set up but he also loaded up a large organ console for relocation to my storage space for a very modest additional sum. All this after his getting a late start on Monday that put him at my door at 11PM. He and his helper selflessly soldiered through until it was all done at 1AM. His thorough expertise, ever cautious procedures in handling challenging moves really came across during their delivery, unloading and set up of the piano. I highly recommend Peter for any move involving rare and challenging cargo like a vintage concert grand. A++++++++++. Thank you Peter, thank you ANC.

Because of his trained eye, we did not include certain antiques on the estate sale because they would fetch a better price in an auction, and we had better expectations on items that did not hold their value over the years.
