I was so very sad today, when I came to a new church (3rd time), to hear the essential message for us to reflect on today. That Jesus took our sins on Himself, so we could be set free from judgement and have the righteousness of God Himself. That He loves us so much that He would die a terrible death on that cross, be buried for 3 days, and then rose from the grave to sit at the right hand of God the Father. If we believe that truth, we can CHOOSE to have Him as our Lord and savior for all eternity. Or not. It's a choice. He created us with the ability to choose, otherwise it wouldn't be true love. And THAT is the Gospel. The Good News! I need to, and want to, study every word of the Bible; His word, His truth, His way, because He IS the way, the truth and the life, and no one comes to the Father but by Him. He is love, and the most important thing he wants from us is to be a reflection of who He is. We are to have a "ONE- on-ONE" relationship with our Lord and Savior. He wants us to study to "Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope (and joy) that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect." God is the one who brings people to Him; we have the responsibility to share so Heaven can be SUPER FULL! And the best part is, what makes it easy, is that it all makes 100% common sense! Just sayin'...... The church, itself, is one of the nicest I've seen. Beautiful, warm and cozy, even though it's so huge! The people are wonderful, friendly and happy! The three pastors are also wonderful from the inside out. I just need more "meat" in the teaching. The worship is superior! First time EVER everyone was spot on key, and they played in my key range. I enjoyed singing along with full enthusiasm and loved the selection and words to the songs. Wonderful! Blessings! read more

It's great it's just really really boring I wish the preaching was more interactive with the people like a fill in the blank card that goes along with the sermon. I have been attending Casas Church my whole life, and it has truly been a home to me in every season. This is where I met my husband, where we built our life together, and where we have raised our family. Our teenagers have loved growing up at Casas, from their early years in Casas Kids to now being a part of the incredible youth ministry. Casas is more than just a church--it's a family. Casas has been my family's church home for 4.5 years and I'm continually amazed and grateful for such a loving environment. My husband and I have such incredible friends through our Sunday morning group and our teens are so empowered and encouraged in their faith through the middle school and high school ministries. I leave on Sunday mornings feeling free in Jesus. Feeling hope in even the craziness of our world and feeling like I can trust God in my life. Previous church experiences left me feeling heavy hearted, not good enough, but today I can say that I feel like Jesus and I are walking side by side. As a mom of teens in 2025, I couldn't ask for a better environment that allows their questions, our kids have a faith that's their own because of awesome loving leaders. read more

As a former pastor, a little over a year ago I was in search of a new church home. I had attended Casas decades ago and decided to try it again. I was very wary of joining a new church and had already tried out a couple with no success. However, from the moment I walked in I could instantly feel that something was different at Casas. The people were genuine, the preaching was exceptional, the pastoral staff was always available to answer any questions that I had, and the congregation gave me the space and kindness to work thru some theological issues. Being at Casas has restored my faith and made me want to minister again. Casas is the real-deal, and I would encourage anyone, no matter where you are in your faith journey, to check out a service. This church is amazing. I highly encourage anyone who comes here to join a ABF and get connected. I also suggest any women who see this to try out Heartbeat which is just for women. I have met many amazing women there who I can fellowship with anytime. The Pastors here are amazing and so is the worship. This church helped me to grow closer to Christ and grow spiritually. My husband and I moved from San Diego, CA and we're looking for a new church to call home. We originally attended The Rock Church in Point Loma and we love the large atmosphere because you can really feel the worship and holy spirit making moves among the people. We had stopped in to a few churches in Tucson and nothing felt close to our hearts until we found Casas. The worship team is fantastic and the church singing along really lifts your soul. The pastoral team was very light and relatable. I loved that he told personal stories to really connect to the service. This church is a place I grew up in. My parents knew the now senior pastor when he was having trouble in high school. I've been with this church through the move. Through good and bad in my life. And now I have a family and we attend every week we can. This place is unlike a lot of churches. People are not holy'er then all others. I won't say no judgement but none that I've seen. I tell people this place isn't like the cookie cutter church. The biggest complaint I have is where the church has focused their attention. I would say at my wife's and I's age just about 30 is where the church's attention is drawn. And I get it bring more people to God is and should be the mission of any church. That said a lot of the songs are new age. I wish the church would realize with 3 services that first service could be old traditional songs and the later can be more targeted for younger crowds. I as a younger individual don't mind older traditional songs and frankly there have been some Sunday's I wish they would have some. read more

This has been my church since 2009. I have made friends that are like family now and will ways have these wonderful people in my life thanks to Casas. I rate it with 4 stars because I miss Roger Barrier and I miss the sermons that left you thinking about fixing yourself rather than making you feel good. Yes, we are fishers of men and new comers are welcomed here with open arms. I love seeing new believers start their Christian walks here. I still call it my home for worship. read more

This church was really awesome! It is a huge church and I was informed that it is the huge church in the Tucson area. And it is in a great location as well. I was impressed that they provided the activities for the children and people were so friendly. I LOVE Casas! I moved to Tucson a couple of years ago and in my moving process I was excited to find a church that I could call my church home. Casas has an outstanding worship team, so much talent but more then that, they are truly committed Christ Followers! Glenn is a GREAT Pastor! His messages are down to earth and humorous with practical insight that comes straight from the Word! I have been to the Ladies bible studies as well, a great place to meet other ladies and grow great friendships but more importantly to grow your faith. read more

My family and I did not enjoy this church. We went there 3 Sundays in row and thought it was ok kinda. The 4th time the minister went into a topic of questioning his spirituality and kept referring to a homosexual friend of his. This is fine for my husband and I but my two children who are very young asked me about homosexuality later that day. This may be fine for some, no judgement here but just not my cup of tea. I'm sure my viewpoint may offend many and it shouldn't I'm not saying dont go here or that I'm some kind of prude it just happened to rub me the wrong way. What I felt like was that my ears were being tickled and my conscience was telling me to be on guard. Again not trying to offend anybody and I'm sure my family's not attending is definitely not going to affect anything. Also this not the sole reason for going elsewhere there were other issues too but this was the straw that broke the camels back for us. read more

Our family has been going to this church for several years now and we love it! My wife and I both attended other churches growing up, and this church stands apart. Casas is not a traditional church, so don't go there expecting to sing old tyme hymns and hear "fire and brimstone" sermons. On the contrary, the music is very contemporary and uplifting, and the sermons are often introspective and relevant to real life. This church seeks to reach out to the broken and spiritually disconnected, and help them see Christ's love. As another commenter mentioned, topics like homosexuality are not off limits. One recent series was titled "Good reasons not to go to church"; it wasn't promoting skipping church, but was instead looking at the reasons people often avoid church, and how to reach those people. One of the best things about this church is the opportunities for children, as there is a huge Sunday school department every week during the 9:15 and 10:45 services. Also, we are part of an ABF (adult bible fellowship) group Sunday mornings, and my wife attends Heartbeat (women's group) on Wednesday mornings. This church is definitely worth trying out! read more
