I travel internationally for work. 8 days (Mar 30-Apr 8 isn't 2 weeks) after the initial automated response from the owner, I replied back to see if he would respond to an appointment request. After a week of no response, I wrote my initial review. THEN the owner responds to berate me and say it's all my fault. Good luck with your business if this is how you treat customers...

I at first liked these people. I'm a realtor and I manage a few properties for some overseas…read moreclients. Llayout did the flooring in an apartment I manage In Brickell. Competitively priced, did what I thought was a good job and the owner was very professional. BUT that's where it ends. I called them back a year later to do a kitchen and 1.5 bath cabinet remodeling job in the same apartment. First the building management refused to work with them because they had caused damage at another job in the building that they got based on the floors that they did for me. So like many contractors they operated using a friend's name. The job was very poorly done, they never finished and I had to hire someone to finish their work. And the work was done poorly. Exposed nail holes in the cabinets, bad finish and insane delays that cost my client a tenant. Now a year later the FLOORING they did two years ago is warping due to bad installation, the kitchen faucets are all loose ( my handyman tightened them), the ceiling peeled where they banged it doing cabinet installation and we found more exposed nails . I'm getting everything fixed but they're not going to hear from me again and I can't in good conscience recommended them

We reached out to JPN General Contractor and he quickly set up a free estimate and came early for our Saturday appointment. He was super professional, efficient and knowledgeable. My husband and I hired Brian, Igor and Tim to do several medium-sized jobs around our house. They…read moretold us it would take one to two days and we were surprised considering the number and complexity of the jobs. Sure enough they came in the morning and worked tirelessly all day and completed all four jobs, including smoothing a cement wall, changing an area of drywall, changing baseboards, painting, changed the fascia and reinstalling an outlet related to patching a hole in an exterior wall. We are completely blown away with the attention to detail and the quality of work. PLUS they cleaned up the whole mess and left the leftover supplies. We are so happy. We immediately asked them if they were available to do more smaller jobs around the house and they were nice enough to do a couple of them that same day for a very fair price. Plus they were just nice and easy to communicate with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat without reservation. They are worth every penny. I am so happy and I will definitely be contacting them again in the future for any other jobs we have around the house.

Run, Run, Run away from Kesi Case and Kim Heinlen and any companies they are affiliated with. We…read morefirst started speaking with them in September 2019. We were extraordinarily careful in making our decision, making sure that everything was laid out well. We finally signed a contract with them in late January 2020. We gave them a 20% down payment on a very large job to completely renovate two bathrooms and do the piping under our house. Today is exactly 9 months later, and nothing has even started. The company has dissolved, they took $13,000 from us and assigned the contract to a new company, and they promise to do the work for the remaining amount. The raw, unadulterated incompetence of these two business partners cannot be overemphasized. They will smile and promise you the moon, but nothing got done beyond computer drawings provided as PDFs. We had three project managers, as each one quit or got fired. The office staff similarly will smile and tell stories, but they are equally incompetent. The two principles have dissolved their business, but I expect they will start a new company or two, and hopefully this review will reach someone who will be warned away. Yes, a pandemic intervened, and we were patient as they sorted out their problems, but to have no final engineering drawings, no permits, no nothing 9 months after signing is not only unacceptable, it is a felony under Florida Law. I had no desire to ruin anyone's life in that way...but a Kesi and Kim should maybe run a sandwich shop or something...not a construction company.
