Although Natalia was running a bit late, she definitely made up for it with her excellent customer service, communication and hard work. She consistently informed me of what she was doing in my home and asked questions to ensure the quality was great. I appreciate that she takes her time and does not rush her work. I had also requested that they use non-toxic products because I have a dog and I occasionally suffer from sinusitis. I was home about 90% of the entire time Natalia was here and I felt no irritation or allergies. Overall, I will definitely be booking with Cleanbee again and hope to always have Natalia be the go-to. Thank you for the great service.

My kitchen and dining room were cleaned, painted and looking brand new. He was efficient, friendly and I highly recommend ultra hygiene services for anyone in need of clean up.

She is kind and always asks me if there is anything specific I would like completed before visits, gets right to the list of tasks both when I am working from home or when I run errands. Its wonderful to know I can trust Erica to get things done while I run to the market. She is animal friendly ( I have a rabbit) and easy to communicate with. She respects my boundaries and wears a mask to keep me safe while in my home. She brings her own products and has recommended products to make things convenient for me. Prices are fair and by the square foot vs by the hour, and those tough jobs like the fridge can be added for a fair fee. Im very pleased to have found someone to help me with all those little things, like the windows, cleaning the sills, the baseboard trim, and stove vent, the toaster oven and even under the sink. Erica takes time to prioritize my needs individually and does an exceptional job. I look forward to continue supporting local female business in the Broward/Miami area!

Why I couldn't give 5 stars: I explained that I needed a deep cleaning for 1br/1ba unit for post-construction and move-in and was quoted 2hrs- But I wanted a DEEP clean so I asked for 3 hours. The team said they were done after 2 hours and after they'd left, I saw they'd missed areas to be cleaned. In order to complete the cleaning, I had to go behind them and do additional cleaning in the bathroom and on the dirt on the floors/grout.
