Was very busy! I'm sure will be crazy busy on Friday. The cookies I was able to get 2 double chocolate or dirt cake cookie is what they call them, 2 chocolate Chip and was still warm!! That cost me $18.99 for 4 very huge cookies. Picture does not do it justice. -Plenty of parking. -staff very friendly and very clean inside and should be the place is new. Will come back when the novelty wears off.

We live in Calgary, so it's not a long drive at all. Since being out here for almost 4 months, we have probably gotten Crumbl cookies about 8 times already! Like anything... some of their cookies are a hit while others are a miss. My top favorite cookies so far are the Oreo cookie, the Rice Krispie cookie, the lemonade cookie and the Oreo Marshmallow cookie! It's fun getting to try some of the new cookies, even some that I haven't seen in the states. This place has always been clean and the staff is always very welcoming. Keep up the good work you guys!

Choose your own, mix them up, mix them up some more, top with your choice of toppings, maybe go back and mix in some more--the possibilities are endless! I had to stop myself from unleashing the inner Froyo Iron Chef because the look on the face of my partner in crime was getting to a point where i could see it forming an "ok, you said you'd stop at 6 flavours, this is getting embarrassing now" kind of look. it's amusing to take a look at the celebrity wall on the inside of the store that's lined with pictures of North American celebs caught in the act of walking around and indulging in Menchie's. A clever marketing campaign and an easy way to increase their cool cache, but to be a truly awesome wall it's still missing one very important picture: Mayor Nenshi munchin' on some Menchie's. Yelpers, we need to make it happen!

What an awesome little find. I hope they hurry and build a location in Calgary since according to…read moretheir website they do not have one here yet. Following a recent dinner with the kids in Airdrie we noticed this little place called Menchie's and something to do with frozen yogurt. Since they behaved during dinner I decided a treat was in order. We stopped in and it was bustling. The friendly staff immediately explained how it works and we were hooked. Before you decide on your flavours you are welcome to try as many samples as you wish. All self serve. The process goes as follows: take your bowl, pick a yogurt flavour, stick with that flavour or blend it with another. Next choose toppings from the large selection, sauces, the works. Make it as big or little as you want. You pay by weight. For 3 of us our treats came to $9 - Fantastico!! Liked their yogurt selection and later when I looked online I noticed they must have over 100 yogurt flavour combinations. Here's hoping they offer these new flavours on a regular basis. I further enjoyed reading on their website they are certified Kosher, gluten-free, vegan, and have no high fructose corn syrup options in their products. They gave us a customer reward card and while my immediate reaction was oh great another card to pack around I decided it would be a good thing to have because I'm certain we will be back.

It was pretty disappointing, considering how Airdrie Wok has a great buffet and is really clean. As we got to the restaurant, we walked through the front glass door, and went through the right-hand door ... into the lounge. We backed out, and went through the left-hand side into the narrow entrance of the restaurant. We were greeted, and told to take a seat wherever we liked. The restaurant was empty at 6pm on a Friday night except us, and one other family - others straggled in as our meal went on, but it remained very quiet. We took our seats, and were given some water. We then sat for about 5 minutes before anyone asked us if we would like the buffet or menus - we decided we'd give the buffet a try. Fairly typical Chinese buffet was offered, including the usual wonton soup, rice, noodles, sauced and deep-fried fare. The deep-fried foods were all over-doughy and a bit oily, as though the deep-frier wasn't hot or clean enough. The pork fat on the dry ribs was incredibly strong, and the veggies were over-cooked to the point of being mushy. Most of the food could easily have been sitting on the buffet since the lunch buffet was put out, judging by it's freshness. The highlights, however, were the simple wonton soup and the chicken skewers that seemed to be curried - the rest I could have quite easily left on my plate. Dessert options were minimal - the traditional yellow cookies served on buffets, and a bucket of strawberry ice cream was left in the buffet freezer... I passed on dessert. Despite the less-than-stellar meal, the staff was polite and quick with clearing plates and refilling water glasses. The prices were affordable ($9.99 lunch buffet and $12.99 dinner buffet), and we got fortune cookies to go. My fortune: "One good turn deserves another.." Consider this review a "good turn" - unless you're starving and unable to get to the next closest restaurant, I'd pass on this experience. Check out Airdrie Wok or Jen's Vietnamese on Main Street (West Airdrie) for some much more appealing Asian-inspired fare.
