He assured me that this is the spot he takes all of his guests to and now I know why! The pizza is paper thin, literally about to rip apart when holding it by hand. The seasoning is very minimal to allow the flavors from the fresh vegetables and cheese to dance in your mouth. If you're in Firenze, you have to stop by here. It's not a glitzy restaurant type place. It's a local pizza shop, very small, no seats. It's a local favorite for a reason.
