We came here for a one-day pasta-making class, and it was a wonderful experience. A charming little town, a beautiful building, wonderful information about the history of Italian food. The cooking class itself was really fun, and we got a lot of great practice at making several kinds of pasta. The meal we had at the end of it was probably the best meal we had in Italy. Big thanks to Susy for being such a wonderful host, to Chef Carla who was an absolute delight (and great chef), and to the nonnas who came to show us all their tricks for making perfect pasta. read more
