Zero parking and they tow your car when you park in front of the residents house. It's clear the management doesn't care.

Management need to focus more on residents than $$$$$. Parking here is terrible. Safety is bottom on the list.

He wrote 3 work orders for some basic work and said we could do the kitchen remodel later, if we were happy with their work. The people doing the work seemed good and came out when scheduled and did the work in a reasonable timeframe. Then the problems started. First, they said they were no longer working in our area so we couldn't get more work done. Then we noticed little things that were supposed have been included in the price, but were not on the work orders. Finally, the new furnace they installed will not turn on! We have called and called and they will not return our phone calls. So we are stuck with a $$$ furnace that does not work. We will have to pay someone else to fix their issue. How completely unethical.

They were very professional, courteous and did an amazing job in a timely manner. They always kept me informed of any unexpected delays. They hauled away all of my old appliances, countertop, sink, etc. and left everything spotless! I would recommend them to anyone interested in mobile home improvements.

He also noticed that the heating duct was chewed up.l also had him replace it and wow what a major difference in heating up my home now, I'm very happy with his sincere concern for looking out for my well being , l would recommend Dominic Carpenter to anyone especially my friends. Thank you and God Bless Sienna G

Dominic came to our home while I was unavailable due to a meeting, so my husband met with him…read more During the visit, Dominic accidentally kicked our dog, who was simply minding his own business. What concerned us most was that he did not acknowledge the incident or offer an apology. After leaving, Dominic called to discuss the estimate. I could not answer immediately because I was in a meeting, and he promptly followed up with a text asking me to call him. I returned his call as soon as my meeting ended. From the beginning, I found his manner unnecessarily confrontational and condescending. He opened by saying, "I'm surprised your husband didn't answer the phone." He then complained that my husband had told him how to do his job and repeatedly emphasized that he had 41 years of experience and was "a specialist, not a handyman." My husband had simply been explaining what we wanted done. Because our home was older, Dominic recommended replacing the pipes and fixture rather than simply replacing the washers. We were willing to consider his professional recommendation, but I did not feel he was interested in listening to our concerns or discussing the available options respectfully. The conversation became so uncomfortable that I eventually told him we could not afford his services, hoping to end the call. Instead, he continued for several more minutes, telling me how sorry I would be if we did not replace the pipes, fixture, and other components. I understand that a professional may recommend more extensive repairs than a homeowner initially expects, and I respect experience in any trade. However, I do not expect to be spoken to in a way that makes me feel scolded for asking questions or considering other options. Ultimately, we chose not to use Mobile Home Services. Regardless of someone's years of experience, respectful communication and basic courtesy toward customers--and their pets--matter.
