Now that I know, I will not order a smoothie bowl. I will definitely go back and try other stuff as I truly appreciate places that offer vegan, gf and healthy options. That never happens. The bowls are on another level Fresh, hearty, perfectly balanced, and somehow healthy while still being insanely satisfying. Every ingredient was crisp, crunchy, and prepared with so much care--it didn't feel like "just a salad," it felt like a full-on meal that left you energized instead of weighed down. And the smoothies? Incredible They're thick, refreshing, and taste like the best version of clean fuel for your body. Pairing one of their bowls with a smoothie became the highlight of our days in Toronto. It was a fairly large cup and they make it look pretty, as shown in their photos. Taste wise, wouldn't recommend but would come back to try something else. Heal also has a loyalty program so that is a big plus. It was very busy on a Friday afternoon, however the staff were still quick and friendly. 100% better than going to nutbar where they charge you double the price for half of the portion.

I recently Uber Eats'd a custom organic bowl and it was delicious. I picked a base of mixed greens, added tofu, four toppings (in this case sweet potato, chickpeas, feta, and alfalfa sprouts) and a lemon olive oil dressing. I really appreciated that the dressing was just lemon wedges and a container of olive oil - no other weird additions. I also asked for a side of tahini because tahini is the best and goes with everything and they kindly obliged at no extra charge. It was a tasty and well proportioned meal and I felt great afterward. Would definitely order again.
