I agreed to have the representative come to my house for an estimate. Between the time of setting…read morethe appointment and the actual date, I had multiple calls from the company which became spam calls. The day of the appointment, the sales person was ill prepared making multiple trips to his vehicle for small items that he knew he would need. He was very aggressive in his sales approach, showing me things that I informed him I had already read or knew about windows. Once he gave me a price nearing $20,000 for 10 standard sized windows, he then came back with near half the price after I told him no. Being kind, I told him I would speak with my wife about the new price. He wrote up a financing agreement and proposal on paper rather than electronically. Then, he was upset and near indignant when I would not give him my SSN or sign without speaking to my wife. Ultimately, he left. Today, I received a call from the owner wanting my SSN and then was pushy with me telling him I would not be using the company. he became upset that I told him I felt the company was scamming people and why as well as pointed out the same concerns from others online. I told him goodbye and instructed that he not call me again and hung up. Not a minute later he called me again. I told him not to call me again and hung up. I then blocked his number and reported it as spam. NOT a company I would want to be associated with.

If this installer has not been fired, this company should fire him, this situation caused me to be fearful, many contractors have bad employees. They may have some great employees, but be cautious them hiring them. If this installer did this to me, he may do it to you, your wife, or daughter.

I called Neenan Company this morning regarding a replacement part for my kitchen faucet (retail…read moreprice around $150). The woman I spoke with asked me for the basic information about my faucet and proceeded to tell me that the part is likely covered under warranty so I should call Delta first. She didn't stop there... she checked to see if they had the part in case it wasn't under warranty and then went and got me the phone number for Delta to call to check on the part. I called Delta and the part was covered under warranty and is now being shipped to me. In the last 20 years I have never had somebody go above and beyond like this so I hope that I need Neenan in the future. By the way, Delta customer service was awesome too. I'm blown away!

For anyone who wants to burn a hole in their pocket with all the cash he wants to ask for, be prepared for compressed wood cabinetry. His cabinets are thin, flimsy, some covered in mold, and they come to his shop pre made so all Joe does is assemble the cabinets. Im pretty sure if youre going to pay for quality handmade cabinets, you want real wood cabinets. Not something Joe ordered from Home Depot and put together in a few hours. Good luck if you ever choose to deal business with that coward.
