While Alison helped me, Vicky, the owner, was kind enough to assist a couple who was looking to have artwork appraised (even though they don't do appraisals there) I dropped my prints off mid-morning today (Tuesday) and was told they would be ready for pick up by the end of the day Thursday (a very quick turn around) I definitely will be coming back in the near future with more items to be framed!
