First, honorable mentions: there used to be Miguel and Kathy and they were both phenomenal human beings in their own way. Truly felt like they were there to help you and in a patient, yet efficient way. Fast forward to present day: I had some issues with my purchase/return and Jason, Jaleesa, and Brian (I believe he moved locations by now) were so amazing. They went above and beyond to brainstorm and figure out a solution for me. This saved me tremendous time as I had small children to shlep around. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly to boot! I hope wherever they end up, they will be recognized for each their continued hard work! The store is clean, bright, and tidy, and signs are visible and easy to understand. Parking is ample, however please do drive slow, patiently, and carefully as many older folk drive through to go food shopping in the shopping center.

We needed to print thousands of brochures, envelopes, event invitations, and more in a short period of time. Everything shipped incredibly fast and came out well. What sets this place apart from the many other printers I have used is the good communication between their sales team and their production team. If I talk to a sales rep and give a specification, they communicate it directly to the tech team and let us know if something technical will impact the final product. Also, their website is really user friendly for a small business. I was able to submit artwork for remittance envelopes online, and someone called me right away after I placed the order to follow-up and make sure the specifications were correct. I can also do all proof approval online for free. Their pricing is very competitive from what I have seen, even compared to our staples business account. The one time I was not happy with a print job, they took full responsibility and reprinted the job for free. I will definitely continue to print with them and recommend them.

This Fed Ex store is a full service store for mail and alternative shipping methods. I usually bring my completed packages there for them to send. Especially when we get a pre-printed label. Not a lot of activity but I will say that they are a great team here and the nicest people always willing to help. They greet me with a smile and are pleasant until the end of the transactions. They are always attentive to what I am doing and and happy to tell me if there is a better or less expensive way to proceed. The key word here is that they are helpful and that is what this business is all about. I like this establishment and hope that more people would use some of their many services. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.
