Was supposed to have staff available 1/2 hour before party to allow for decorating. Staff arrived at the time of the party, with several guests waiting in the parking lot. The public bathroom was down a dark hall only marked by small hand made sign on the wall of the dark hall. The restroom had a large mop bucket and mop parked in the entrance. When the light came in, the overhead bathroom fan made an extremely loud screeching sound. The toilet ring was dirty, the toilet itself was dirty and the sink appeared to be dirty as well. Went for a 5 yo birthday party. Was booked as private party they doubled booked (thinking on purpose) and kept open to public. Not real friendly operator at door. Many machines didn't work or give out tickets. Many took tokens with not out of order sign. Poor lighting much clutter. This operation could do so much better. Looking at other reviews. Not thinking anyone cares. Looks like an opportunity to compete with this business! read more

This place is the biggest rip off ever. The coin machine only gives 2 coins per dollar. You put in a 5 and you get $3 worth of coins and everything cost two coins. They would make a lot more money if they gave you the amount of coins you pay for. I for 1 would have spent a whole lot more money there if I got the right amount of coins. I will not be going back. We experienced the same problems while there for birthday party. Definitely do not recommend! Rude staff, machines not working, lots of $ lost in machines that were supposedly working. Only giving 1 star because you can't choose 0. read more

We had a birthday party using them a while back. The owner James (I think) is exceptionally rude, he will also squeeze every penny from you, and everything was dirty. I don't recommend, spend your money somewhere that is accommodating, clean, and a business where the owner is nice. read more

We called cartoon headquarters last minute because we had a change of plans. They was able to fit us in their already busy schedule! It was the first stress free party we ever had and se from Paw Patrol was the hit of the party. My son has talked about his party for days. We Will book again. Tha ks for being great! read more
