The selection was unbelievable and the staff was super helpful, the woman Dinaray who took care of us knew it was a special moment, helped my wife look thru 30 bags, offered us Juice or Champagne and made some recommendations. Her help was really appreciated when it came to the duty paperwork in order to receive the prepaid duty back from the government. 5 stars all the way. Dinaray gift wrapped the bag and went out of her way to make the moment special. If you are in the market for a bag, my suggestion is to purchase it overseas, my wife estimates that I saved approximately $500. The selection in Cannes was at least 3 times as large in comparison to the location in St. Tropez. We didn't visit one of the Paris locations due to weather and time constraints while in Paris. The prices and selection were much better than their store in Venice Italy.

Usually you have one person assigned to you that is actually helpful, offers a drink, pulls a bunch of bags, but nope not here! It was also super crammed and seemed like a hot mess in there with people walking around aimlessly and not a good selection of bags out. I also went next door to Dior and gave them my $6000 instead, and also had a much nicer experience.
