A cat jumped on the counter in front of the customer at the register. It made her visibly uncomfortable and she stepped back a few feet The store representative said nothing and left the cat in place. When she finished the transaction, she left the register to help a customer who was seated. She said nothing to the lady who was waiting in line. She said nothing to me. Run your business the way you want, but when the products you sell are available on Amazon at far lower prices, know that there are some things people will not put up with. Clarks told me that there was nothing that they could do, they are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. I had possession of the gift card the entire time and still have it.
