They lost a loyal customer. I will never buy anything from them again because obviously they do not care about there customers or the products they sale because he told me he never heard about the amend 2 ar 15 magazines they sale as being faulty when it all on YouTube on top of that I had to call twice when they first answered the phone they muted the call and didn't say a word when I said hello so I called back and that's when he told me there nothing they can do about a faulty product I brought from them directly. I done business with them for years and the fact they did a loyal customer like this proves they don't care about the customers or the products they sale. Wish I could gave them no stars

We've passed this place by for eight years without stopping in. Their name came up when my wife…read moregave me a list of jewelers to call to get some of her rings resized. Of the four places on the list, Ben David Jewelers was the only one who gave me pricing information that I was happy with. They were not the cheapest, but they were the only ones who didn't seem to flip-flop and make advance excuses on why the price might be considerably higher than what they quoted me. We headed in and dropped off two of her rings. They were ready in just a matter of days. They were sized as we requested and fit my wife well. As long as my wife is happy, I'm happy. Additionally, the store is staffed with professionals, not people who were working at a clothing store in the mall last week and a jewelry store in the mall this week. Their selection is also extensive and of high quality. It's a place you are happy to be in because it says "class." Thank you, Ben David Jewelers!

My wife reminded me there was a recent paranormal show we watched on Netflix that was filmed at Madison Dry Goods. I remembered the show and the impact on the people that stayed there during their 28 days. We actually talked about not wanting a ghost to attach to us and follow us home! We arrived a little after 2pm on a Saturday. Street parking was easy. We walked in and started to peruse the clothing area and were greeted by the owner. We learned he just purchased the business 11 days earlier. We chatted about the history and the filming for the Netflix show. As we began to look closer at their clothing items we were really impressed with the quality and their prices. They also had several racks featuring discounted items. We then walked over to the dry goods area which offered a lot of local products including honey, jams and jellies, popcorn, candy, grits and more. We decided to walk upstairs to look at the museum and some of the history of the hotel. This space was featured in the Netflix documentary and while it was cool it was also a bit creepy. We also learned they plan to use some of the space upstairs to have a antique marketplace area where people can rent booth space in the near future which will be a cool addition. We both ended up buying some clothing items and chatting with the owners. They were very welcoming and helpful. Wonderful stop and we will absolutely be back when we are in the area. Stop in and support this small business.
