And seemingly catered to the very small, not yet walking, up to children in about the 3rd grade--if I had to guess. The dresses were absolutely lovely and not too expensive. Some were about $60 but there was an incredible sale going on which brought most of the price tags down to about $35. The dresses and mini-tuxes were mostly light colored; whites and pastels dominated. I imagine that most of their business is due to holidays, weddings and communions. They also offer the various accessories a child needs when they are that dressed up. From stockings to purses to bonnets to shoes, they had it all. And just as their clothes were adorable and pleasing to the eye, so were their decorations. Also driven by pastels, the walls were white with many pink, blue and yellow accents.

My mother and I returned ready to spend money, and I was immediately saddened by the largest size carried throughout, tops and bottoms - was a L. Either way, I decided to try on an item after being chased down by an associate to "start a room" - while I was holding an item. Never heard her do that to the pencil sized blondes in the rest of the store. Oh well. I'm heavily tattooed, I guess I'm a thief. I shrugged that off, however, the "customer service" of that act fell short. I tried on the item while the rest of the women in the store were fawned over and payed attention to as they boasted their alteration program. When I exited the dressing room, and when I gave the item back to the associate and told her it was too small I got a VERY condescending "sorry!" Nothing more. From there, I just decided to exit and not even try to shop for another item, I had really liked a jacket and a sweater. Never even got a light mention of the other store from looking at these reviews. But why should a girl be sequestered to another store just because you're a bigger size? It's very classist and downright weird. I am deeply saddened and frustrated after leaving this place. Not a girls girl place. At all.

This store is like Home Goods and TJ Maxx smooshed together and scaled down. You'll find apparel, toys, some snacks, home décor, bedding and beauty products. This location was pretty clean...but some shelves were pretty disheveled. Random note: During the holiday season, my husband and I have been pretty successful finding some Nerf guns at a decent price.

If you're anything like me, you're overwhelmed sometimes going into stores like Ross because it seems like everything is everywhere and out of place.
