They broke our landscaping light clear off the post. Mr. McClellan (owner) said he would replace it. Then without notice we were told he was no longer with Lawnstarter, we asked him to return our light so we can replace it ourselves and he never responded. we are now trying to get our lawn back to the even thick lawn it was. if you can avoid them, please do. Not all deals are good. We got what we paid for in surplus.

Recently I had a backyard restoration performed by Peachtree Property Management. Over the years…read moremy back yard had eroded down a slope until there was mostly bare clay with deep ruts that made for such an uneven ground it was difficult to walk over without stumbling. The yard had been restored twice over a 20-year period, but there was no getting around the steep slope that caused the topsoil to wash downhill leaving the bare ground. Using the Valley Saver as an incentive I called Scott Miller, the owner, who paid me a visit and evaluated the proposed project. I was embarrassed how the yard looked but he assured me he had seen worse and made his proposal taking into account all that I had asked for. Two weeks later, the project was completed. An 80-foot long, four-foot high retaining wall had been built along the length of the yard, with a four-step staircase, raising the ground to be completely flat after truckloads of fresh topsoil had been spread and packed down, then covered with a thick layer of emerald zoysia grass. A tiled ten by twelve-foot pad was put in place where we could sit outdoors. Scott's son, Connor, was meticulous in his work, using laser measurement tools to ensure absolute accuracy. As work progressed Scott and Connor were open to any alterations I might have, answered all of my questions, and assured me my satisfaction was paramount. The end result was stunning. I am already planning on their return early next year to improve the appearance of my front yard. The work that Peachtree Property Management performed was truly exceptional and a five-star rating seems insufficient.
