Bought 2 aids from these folks. One had a few failures. They had the factory check it. It failed during the check. Sent it in to factory. Went without the aid for 2 weeks. Factory returned it. Nothing wrong with it - oh really? Wht did it fail for your tech and the company (by computer). Refused to replace. Still fails occasionally (Every few days). Sold me a device for my phone. I am on my 3rd set of Hearing aids from Carter Hearing Clinic. My mother RIP received 2 sets and she felt after dealing with several other clinics that Mark gave her her life back. Dealing with a family owned company is so superior to large corporations because you feel you are part of that family and they treat you like their own.
