It is also a retail store. I admit I did some research on-line prior to coming in and I also phoned to speak with a salesman. When I arrived after work I perused the parking lot and then the showroom. They have a good number of UTVs, ATVs and motorcycles, Can-Ams. I was here to look at a Kawasaki and they had exactly one in stock. Armed with a salesman's name I wandered to the back counter and dropped the name. Within minutes I was introduced and being fed stats. The purchase was overall easy. There was some negotiating room despite the fact that the vehicle was the only one I could find in St. Louis that week. They also helped with some accessories at a discounted price. I was also offered to have the vehicle brought to my house within a certain mile radius. I deferred. My one complaint was that on the day I came to pick up my vehicle it was a little busy and I felt the pick up process was a little rushed. Overall a satisfying experience. I'll update this if I need to use their service department.

As for the rest of the service I had them do they charged me 140$ for a general check over during which they couldn't even figure out that my battery was low or dead because as soon as I get home it won't start because the battery was dead but starts right up after sitting on the charger for a night on top of that they charge 190$ for a basic oil change, my car which takes twice as much oil costs about half that. I ended up paying about 700$ for a brake bleed, oil change, coolant flush, chain lube and a state inspection and the cherry on top I payed premium price and got mediocre service I dropped my bike of clean and got my bike back covered in grease and oil normally wouldn't care if I hadn't paid so much for the service. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends or enemies don't be like me call around first and save your pockets.

I took my car back up there and the shop guy said that if the mounting machine was set incorrectly it could have messed them up. I then talked to the owner and he refused to do anything about their screw up. He said there was no way they did it which I find odd because the marks on all the wheels are the same. I told him I had pictures of my rims prior to them doing the work and he said he didn't care because they did not mess them up. The tires they replaced were the factory ones so if they did not mess then up then who else did. They were fine before I let this place touch my car. I have filed a complaint with the BBB on these guys. They are happy to take your money but don't stand behind their work at all.

The price and trade-in were honored but the sale hit a bump when the dealership apparently had not worked with Electronically Held Titles. The owner stepped in and arranged a deal that worked and allowed me to take possession of the Spyder. Another bump was getting the hitch off my old bike so I could attach it to my new one. The hitch is a $670 item so I really wanted it. Morgan said the Service Tech was busy and could not pull the hitch and would not be available the next day either. I talked to Dylan, the Manager a couple weeks later and he made the arrangements. The final bump was my title. My State DMV needed the odometer reading filled out on the title. I called Rayann, the Title Specialist, and she had a title with the odometer section completed and faxed out to my DMV in ten minutes. So, was my experience flawless? No, there were a few bumps. But three different people, including the owner, assisted in resolving issues and made sure I was a satisfied customer.
