Neighbours at 92 Harpers Place Carrollton, Ga, My neighbors have two big dogs a big Gold one and a big black one that have starting taking over my yard and my neighbor on the other side of me. I have told them to keep the dog out of my yard as they come and try to overtake my house dog a small pomeranian. I can't let her stay outside to tee and poop in my own yard! Their dogs come tee and poop all over my yard and try to take over aggressively. They won't leave when I tell them too!!! I should have peace and comfort in my own yard! This issue became out of hand when David remarried and the new household members moved into the house and there have been issues for the last two months. My neighbor on the other side has a black dog, but I have no issues with it as it as always protected my grandchildren and protects my puppy as well. Last night the two dogs came to my yard and attacked Neighbors dog that was in its own yard bordering my Yard. They live at 75 Harpers Place and are well aware of this incident and of the Dog's aggressiveness. People on the first street and others in the neighborhood are having issues with the dogs. They have a fence in their back yard, but never use it. There should be a law as me, my neighbors, and children in our neighborhood are in danger. Harpers Crossing SD is not safe anymore.
