It's my opinion these Lazy over weight ppl who supposed to care about tax payers who pay them or helpless animals could care less. They do not give a rat's azz about me suffering and living next to a barking dog times 5 years. I don't believe they couldn't catch a dog if they dog was chasing them! Lose weight & get to work doing what u were hired to do darn you! Do your job or give us back our taxes!!! They have yet to give my ignorant neighbors a citation for their dog disrupting my life. I reached out to them for help in 2016 n 2017 over 5 times. & the Villa Rica PD too. Both useless! Police don't care if a dog drives you insane. They laugh it off n make excuses telling me to go to the city council. Ain't a damn thing funny to the one whose suffering daily. Far as useless Animal control goes Well at first they were slow & apathetic to respond. They acted like it caused them enormous pain to get up from their desk. Next - They lied and say they don't know about any city noise ordinance. That way they don't have to enforce it if u don't know about it either. Even when u print it out they are like well do u know how hard it is to prove a dog is barking. I'm think well no - enlighten me bcz my phone just recorded it just fine! We heck isn't that saying you don't know your damn job if y'all don't know the laws u should be enforcing? Then I called one day in tears bcz the ignorant neighbor's dog n their fireworks kept me up 3 straight days from 3rd - 5th of JULY - the fireworks hurts the dogs ears too - stupid ppl duh - So anyway officer Troy hung up in my face - he had zero compassion or responsibility. When I called back 1 minute later thinking "oh surely he didn't hang up we just got disconnected" - they lied n said he left the building for the day. It's 2 years later n he hasn't called me back yet & Btw that's their favorite line when they do not want to come to the phone or deal with you. He's stepped out or he's in the field - lies! Now - If you drive to 251 Automation Drive all you will see is them 4 sitting around contemplating what's for supper. Next they finally sent me & my dumb azz stubborn azz ghetto azz neighbor to mediation about his female dog - a pitbull Bitch whose about 7 and who has been living outside for 6 years barking at everything under the sun n keeping me from peacefully enjoying my home. The mediator sent an emergency fax to Officer Troy and for 2 months I heard nothing from him. She had referred us to Animal control court so the judge could finally deal with my stupid neighbor n fine him. Bcz Even she couldn't get through to the nut job!! I thought finally is receive help. But nope! Well don't u know Animal control threw it in the trash & never set up the hearing. So the neighbors kept torturing me. She even noted that we needed a judges intervention asap before things escalate n became violent. But u see that is what they want - drama and guns & blood drawn - not u handling things civilly & using the courts. The police & animal CONTROL want entertainment & blood body bags splashed on the 6 o'clock News I assume! Ugh :-( Also This Poor dog is out there in hurricane winds hail rain lightning snow & triple digit summers. Neglect much, u think - huh?? Oh Animal control saw her neglect and got right back in their truck and goes on over to Burger king, I guess. If you know u are burnt out and sick of dealing with animals n ppl get out the way n let someone fresh come in and get/or do your job. They get zero stars from me! Only one checked bcz it forced me too I finally had to sue my neighbor in small claims for $15,000 for intentional infliction of emotional abuse harassment medical expenses & the noise n to have a civil judge remove the rowdy dog so I can finally sleep. All I wanted was the courtesy n peace I give them. Don't waste your time asking Carroll County animal control for help. Take matters in to your own hands. read more

We calling for help.A abandoned dog at 182 Hawk Ln.tied up in the back yard for 5 days now.The dog is barking and howling day and night. There is no sign of people on the property.All the neighbors are calling the ANIMAL CONTROL .They promise to stop by soon,,but that is all it is,a promise.!!! Who is managing that place ?? We have a neighbor filing a false claim but they tell me officer cook is to busy to speak with us but he had time to hang a notice on my door. What is the penalty for the neighbor lying and waisting his time I feel so depressed that a young man can fabricate a story and u a senior citizen have to accept his unjustified warning I pray that the young nan that caused all this receives my 3 wishes I have that would certainly would humble him for his future endeavors read more
