Online bookings are available, direct billing of a number of extended health insurance companies is possible, and the massage therapy rooms are extremely clean. The receptionists have always helpful and willing to spend the necessary time to answer my questions. I am very happy with the therapist who is working with me, and the quality of her work is evident after each visit. My mobility increases dramatically, and I am always anxious to book future appointments with her. Now I'm a "regular" patient at the clinic, I've found it easier to book appointments with the receptionist as they make an effort to accommodate your appointment requests. If you're in need of a registered massage therapist, I can highly recommend Knead.

I have had this back pain for a few years and finally decided to try a chiropractor…read more A friend of mine told about her and sounded good. So I made an appointment. She was so much more than just a chiropractor I imagined. Well, I have never been to chiropractor, so I thought she will just push, pull, twist to fix whatever problems I have. She asked me so many questions I normally expect from a physician. She really wants to understand where your problems are coming from. Anyway, I love her idea of trying to address issues without using medications. Medications only covers up a problem, not fix it. After my first treatment, my spine immediately felt better. I no longer feel pain when I breathe deeply to stretch my spine. I made my second appointment also since it sounds like she can address other problems I am having... Oh, she explained what she was doing during the treatment, which was nice. I highly recommend her.

Norm managed to give me results far more deeply than other chiropractors I was seeing;…read more For reference, at age eleven I was diagnosed with high functioning ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), which means that emotions are more intense for me than the average person. This led to me shutting down a lot of feeling in my body, and shutting down my nervous system. I was frequently spaced out, unable to relate to others emotionally, and unsure of how I was feeling at any given moment. Fast forward through my care with Dr. Norm, aligning my spine enabled my nervous system to better handle the extra information that people like me process. I am more present now, I can handle more emotion and life seems brighter. I can relate to people, converse, and socialize with ease (even though therapists assumed I would have great difficulty). With the greater emotionality in my body, comes greater motivation to go and pursue my goals. I'm not retreating into video games or isolating myself anymore. I'm engaging fully with my life, and accomplishing far more than before my care began. Chiropractic care might not do for you what it did for me, but everyone is different, and this is how it helped me. Thank you Norm.

I'm Himanshu Khatana, a patient of Dr. Norm and I'm a believer in his work…read more Before I met Dr. Norm my body was in pain for nearly a year and so. To be specific, back pain was the main issue. Since I am a university student, long sitting hours in classes and on laptop desk does not make my pain any easier. Because of such long sitting hours, my body adapted wrong/poor posture. For my back pain I took various medications, tried various exercises and did a lot of google search in order to get the best solution but nothing worked well. The Back pain was eating my time, my energy and also my studies were greatly affected. After starting chiropractic care with Dr. Norm things started turning well, in the beginning, I was little uncertain how the low force touch can eliminate my pain and help me gain my right posture back. But to my surprise, I started gaining energy and with the help of breathing exercise (SRI), I felt more open and improved. During my mid progress visit, I was amazed to see the difference in the thermal scans, my posture was improved to almost 95% with almost no stress on the neck area and back area. I have no experience of pains in my back since then. My pain percentage is less than 10 percent. My mood and outlook is much better, I'm walking better, walking taller, and surprising breathing better. I would like to tell you how pleased I was with the professional care that Dr. Norm provided. I would not hesitate to go back or refer them to others who need treatment.
