Giving five stars and a glowing review is simply not enough to express how happy we were to work…read morewith The GreenHouse team. As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to start. We were also out of state which made everything that much more difficult. I'm a big Yelp user and relied on the hundreds of other 5-star reviews to look for a real estate company. I was so impressed with Craig and Jesse from the start. The initial call was SO organized, thorough, and personal. Not only did they give us a incredibly detailed step-by-step guide of the buyer's process, but also spent the time to learn more about us as people and what we were looking for in a home. I was surprised my how much time and energy was invested before even signing any contracts with them. After meeting with a few different teams, we chose the GreenHouse Group and 100% stand by our decision! Communication was consistently strong and we were always in contact with someone/the entire team along the way. We worked with Lori & Alexa who also helped us navigate documents and important deadlines. The GreenHouse Group has a well-designed platform to track the home buying process--making it easy to see deadlines and to-dos. We worked with Craig for our Kick-Off Tour. The GHG evaluation system for homes captured everything important to consider when purchasing a home and we learned so much about what to look for when checking out a home. Craig was straight-up, incredibly knowledgable, and clearly looking out for our best interest. He took us to see quite a number of homes that day and even had snacks and waters to keep us going! Unexpectedly, and uncommonly, we found a home from that weekend's trip we wanted to put an offer on. Craig jumped right in and guided us through the 'make-an-offer' process. He worked incredibly hard to negotiate on our behalf and was able to coordinate inspections and video walk-throughs for us when we couldn't be physically present. We were always promptly and transparently well-informed and advised. We never felt pressured or persuaded to make any decisions. Craig and the GHG team presented the facts and gave recommendations based on 20+ years of company experience--always looking out for our best interest. They were 'real' and weren't out to "sell us" on anything. Even during the rent-back process, the team coordinated with the other realtor to work with the sellers on transitions and key dates. It was super fun when Jesse and Lori were already at the house when we arrived to pick up our keys--what a thoughtful surprise! To top it off, they came with a whole container of new home goodies and essentials for us to use while we settled in (and even had some for our dog!) The care box was super useful, especially when we didn't have any of our kitchen items yet! Even after the sale and getting our keys, the GHG team is still there to answer your questions and help you out--including a list of recommended contractors and other services you might need when moving into a new home. I'm sure I am forgetting something here, but needless to say, we 10/10 recommend the GreenHouse Group to anyone looking to buy (or sell!) a home. We have no regrets and could not have asked for a better team. Thank you GHG!

They were always available to answer questions, kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I knew what to expect throughout the process. She kept everything organized behind the scenes, was always responsive and helpful, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I have no doubt that her attention to detail played a big part in helping us close on time. Thank you to Lori, Alexa and Jesse in making this process feel smooth and manageable! He offered to be my singular source of contact and to secure a superior quality of renter for my 'home'. He is very experienced and soft spoken but strong armed. I took his recommendations and got the whole house painted, got new carpeting, resurfaced cabinets and pressure washed etc. I had a renter within 2 months of this process. He followed up with me for several days, and I started working with his broker. Unfortunately, his broker was not very professional. I had already put down $300,000 and owned another home that was fully paid off and worth about $550,000. Yet the broker told me I needed to put down $600,000 to buy a home priced at $850,000 . After that, I went to another broker and got pre-approved almost immediately. I qualified for the home without any problems. All I can say is that they were not very professional. In my opinion, Simon seemed focused only on money. I felt that he was trying to earn commissions from both sides. When I decided not to use his broker, my offer was not accepted, and I was told that another offer had been accepted instead. That was my experience, and it left me feeling that my interests were not the priority.

I wish I could give 10 stars!…read more My fiancé and I are first time home buyers thanks to Rick. We were referred to Rick through a co-worker of mine and have had the most fantastic experience. In less than 6 months Rick not only helped us find a condo, but he held our hands through the entire process. When we first approached Rick we were very tentative about if we would even be able to purchase our own property, but he put us at ease immediately even with our barrage of what seemed like hundreds of questions and concerns we had regarding every possible aspect of home ownership. Rick went above and beyond throughout the entire duration of the process, he helped provide answers for us that were way outside of the normal Realtor range of support, and continuously kept in contact with us. He was very prompt in returning calls and emails, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't sleep as he seemed available at almost all hours of the night. He was there for emotional support and to calm both my fiancé and me down more than a few times when we were freaking out. We never felt the least bit rushed or pressured, and he always had our best interest in mind and truly wanted us to be 100% happy in finding our first place. I don't think either myself or my fiancé could sing any higher praise for any individual than we could for Rick, without him we would either still be looking for a property or have long since frustrated ourselves out of the search completely. Rick is an outstanding person both personally and professionally. We both look forward to not only keeping in contact with him, but to doing business with him in the future. You would be doing yourself a disservice to not seek his assistance.
