About a month or so ago I booked them for a trip for 2 weeks ago I had booked them to pick my family of 5 up to take us to JFK airport. Since the experience the first time was ok I figured I would use them again and I figured it would be easier than driving into the city with an 1 , 5 and 6 year old and dealing w the added stress and high price to park the car. I got a call at 9:30 at night the night before I left. I didn't respond right away because I was hosting a fundraising event. I also got a text. I answered right when I saw it around 11 at night and said I never got a confirmation. No response to my text. The next day no one showed up for pick up. I called after waiting I texted and left a message. My husband called and left a message as well. I also then wrote an e mail, sent one or two more texts. No response. After waiting for 30 min we had to leave and we're forced to take our car into the city and we were stressing. When I landed I wrote another text and again no response. I was concerned that I would get charged for a service I never got a courtesy response no apology. I wrote another e mail and again no response . I'm not about bashing businesses but not one response is horrible and unprofessional.rushing into the city with young kids and nearly late to our flight because my husband had to drop us off and park the car when we scheduled a service is ridiculous. You messed up and didn't pick us up it's fine but how about a reliance and an apology?!?

Including the pictures of all the bruises all over My 78 year old mother body. She's been in pain ever since the incident. We have yet to see a incident report of any kind and not even as much as a apology or call of concern from and management or owners. Therefore I will be reporting you to any media , better business bureau , Yelp ext. also and most importantly legal representation will be sought! These pictures are from today May 19th these pictures are what she looks like 6 days after the incident your drive caused my mother and your company is dismissing. How would you feel if this was your mother or wife? This conformation clearly states a town car will be picking her up and your company sent a party bus. There was no communication of any other vehicle changes. The driver saw she was clearly has trouble getting around due to her age and recent surgery yet he still pushed that she gets in this high giant bus and her had to help her physically to do so. Then insisted she stepped on this child booster seat to get out which he didn't even hold in place so it slipped out from under her so fell out of this party bus into traffic at the airport. She was completely on the ground! There was no help called to tend to her in anyway. A passing bystander stopped to help her off the ground. She was completely flustered and upset. This entire thing is unacceptable!

    The absolute worst experience I have ever had. The bus was to pick us up at 10 and he was on time,…read morethe driver seemed cool and we like him. We are about 30 min away from the city normal drive, so by bus we figured an hour tops. We left around 1015 and somehow did not make it to our destination until 130am... The driver went to the complete opposite side of the city near Coney Island and then brought us to another wrong place again!! By the time we got to the club/event we were planning on we decided to not go in because we had 30 min until we had to get back on the bus. So we paid all this money to get to a slice of pizza and get back on the bus... But wait it gets worse... After arriving back to the bus (around 15-18 of us), the driver states his TV is broken and a piece of plastic is broken that holds cups and he is demanding we pay $1500. Keep in mind this piece of plastic looks like it has been glued on 10 times before as it breaks often and they are probably scamming hundreds of dollars for this from others. We also flipped a switch on the control board and magically the TV worked fine (sounds like another scam). After talking on the phone to the owner and coming to an agreement of $300 in damages, we got on the bus and would head back to where we got picked up. Upon arriving at our destination their is about 7 cops along with the owner on the company waiting for us. They called the cops on us for the damage after we agreed to pay $300 and the cops told us that the driver said we threatened him?!?! News to us as none of this happened!!! This is some lies they told the police to aid them in their phony investigation. The cops agreed that the damage was not worth even $100 but we settled on $300 prior. The owner is a liar and a thief. Steer clear of this company. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

When coordinating, I had an unusual setup. 8 family members taking 3 different flights that were spread out in a 48 hour period. Thus, 3 separate airport pickups. All I needed was a company who could coordinate these airport transfers without giving me a massive headache. Enter: Ride In Style Limo. My hero in black leather seats. I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. After doom-scrolling Uber estimates of the $100-$125 per ride (plus the emotional cost of maybe getting a Toyota Corolla that smells like gym socks), I looked online and found Ride In Style. Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." Just peace, comfort, and zero stress. Honestly, I want this company to handle all areas of my life. Airport pickups? Nailed it. Emotional support? Feels like they could do that too. I'll absolutely be using them again the next time I'm in New York. I'll also be recommending them to anyone who wants VIP-level airport service without selling a kidney. Huge thanks to Ride In Style Limo. You made my family's chaotic arrival feel like a breeze. Pro tip: If you're tired, cranky, or just allergic to rideshare roulette, this is the company to call.
