The three star average for this location is accurate. What I liked: open late and near the train stations! Very convenient when arriving from Paris in the evening, or when needing to get groceries after a late conference day. It definitely is a "superstore" grocery, so you'll find what you need and prices aren't bad. What I didn't like: have you ever walked into a Walmart in the middle-of-nowhere-America? That's how I felt walking into this Carrefour. I definitely did not feel like I was in France. The store's layout doesn't make a lot of sense, it was a little confusing to find what I needed. Also the bread from the bakery was not great. Get your bread elsewhere. Will I be back? Probably. Because now I know where it is and don't have the time/energy to find anywhere else that would make me feel like Belle from Beauty and the Beast while grocery shopping. read more

Convenient as it near train & bus station. Situated in Euralille and near to both Gare Lille Flandre and Gare Euralille. Newly renovated and it is located in the heart of lille making it accessible for after work quick shopping. However, on the negative side, the shop is quite in a mess. They don't really categorise products very well. Such a shame for a hypermarket. read more

The only good reason to shop at Carrefour EuraLille is if you've got a train to catch. It's a 2 minute walk to both train stations, Gare Lille Europe and Gare Lille Flandres. It is an AWFUL shopping experience! Even after their renovation this Carrefour Supermaché is a mess! It's a mess organizationally, one can never logically find what you're looking for, and it's a terribly messy place unless you're there when it opens. It's as if an army has invaded just to ransack and pillage. Products (food, clothing, shampoo, etc.) are put anywhere and the floor is always littered with stuff just tossed by the inconsiderate shoppers. The Carrefour staff must be overwhelmed trying to clean and straighten up after every customer invasion. I shop there only when I'm in Euralille for other reasons as it's really a madhouse and not worth the trip or the chaos! The neighborhood Carrefour Market is a better shopping experience and will have what you need. Carrefour EuraLille Supermarché has reduced it's quantity and variety of products so if you want to shop at a Carrefour superstore it's better to take the métro M2 (Red) Line direction St. Philbert to the Carrefour Lomme commercial center.
