I could not be happier with Dr. Fuller and her staff at King's Crossing. Dr. Fuller is just the best. She gets on the floor with my boy, gives him love, thoroughly examines him, performs lab work, and then takes the time to discuss results with me. She formulated a followup plan for Angus and is super thoughtful about what he needs. We have already been there 4 times and each time we are greeted with happy faces and lots of love. When we started coming here it was just Dr. Packard but she's recently added another vet, Dr. Haymore. Both have been great caring for my pets. I have never felt that the vets were over testing, over charging, or otherwise taking advantage of us as a customer. Conversely, there have been times my maltipoo has been ill that I've asked for bloodwork and been told it was taken recently and likely wouldn't have changed. So long story short this vet won't take advantage of you. I lost my chihuahua in 2018 and feel Dr. Packard did everything possible to save him, and suggested euthanasia at the appropriate time. My maltipoo has extensive stomach issues and Dr. Haymore walked me through every single treat ingredient to isolate what was triggering her problems. We removed that treat and she was healthy again. Recently she went into congestive heart failure and was hospitalized for two days at an emergency hospital. This whole situation was new to me and she needed a cardiologist to get an accurate assessment of her heart. Vet cardiologist's are 5-6 months out on appointments but at her follow up appointment I asked for referrals to every facility possible. Bel Aire delivered and found a vet in Hickory that got her in within 10 days of hospitalization. Her medication is working, Bel Aire and the cardiologist have had great communication. I cannot be more thankful to have an honest and knowledgeable veterinary office to take my dog to. Highly recommended.

My discussions with the owner to get a refund to be used to treat the puppy's condition have yielded nothing so far. Also our experience with their training program was a huge disappointment. My puppy is not motivated with treats which seemed to be the only way the trainers knew how to use. Our dog was returned to us with no successful training. Someone mentioned that the clinic recommends having pets get fecal analysis and other updates every 6 months. They recommend this, but do not require it. I've have requested that I would like just a Bordatella update and a heart worm test and they are happy to oblige. A+ Cobb!
