The combination of the fruits, the cured meat, and veggies was just perfect. It had the perfect amount of dressing without being doused in it and paired so well with all the other ingredients. I don't remember the exact names but we ended up ordering 6 Tapas for two people, per the recommendation of the staff (we asked them to surprise us with the last two items because we had a hard time deciding). We ate stuffed red peppers with the cream herbed-cheese of some sort, rice balls with black beans, a cold tomato soup reminiscent of gazpacho, chorizo in a very flavorful sauce (my husband ended up dipping everything in this), cod croquettes, and a raw cod filet "cooked" in an amazing lemon, salt, and pepper combo. If in Nimes, try this place! They are super friendly, and the other patrons seemed to love them also.
