The guy was in a rush to go out with his…read morefriends, so he rushed through the process, didn't give me enough time to check out the car, promised that it had no scratches (which, luckily it didn't), and simply ran away. We were traveling with two kids, had to ask him to help us with one of the luggages, otherwise was standing there and watching us lift those heavy bags. Poor service, really. It got better in Rome, when I was returning the car. I called them to let them know that I was running a little late, they said "NO PROBLEM MADAM." After I arrived, they charged me for an extra day. I told them I had called them to give them a heads-up, was there absolutely no grace period?? "Yes, Madam, you called, no problem, but the system charged you." I asked them if they could waive it?? The girl looked at me as if I was the most regular stupid American. "No, MADAM, no waive, you were late, system charged you." But I called you, you said no problem? Yes no problem, madam, you called, but they system....
Any way, lost case. I ended up paying for an extra day. NEVER ever will I rent from Enterprise or Locauto.
