Drove in from Firenze today. Had an excellent experience at Gucci Store in Firenze. Service and purchase experience was a delight. The store didn't have a wallet I wanted also to purchase Stopped in Bologna Gucci store. Did not have my Gucci purse. At store did get profiled. Lucky they let us in. Service was snooty and very unfriendly. Shouldn't matter what I wear or what purse I carry. Very disappointing Would give ZERO star for this particular store if I could read more
