Carphone warehouse with it's real young men who smile and can actually answer questions and send our phones back to the manufacturers. Went in Friday lunchtime as I needed a new phone. The place…read morewas busy, however I asked the one staff member if anyone else was available to help customers. She went to the back and grabbed an associate who was still on his lunch. He didn't seem bothered at all to cut his break short. In fact he was super helpful and peppy. Well done! Retail can be a thankless job, but the two staff members were awesome and handled the work load perfectly!

No such accessories were on display but a member of staff came over and asked if he could help. Normally I loathe this approach to customer service, particularly in mobile phone retailers where the staff can be very pushy, but on this occasion I was most grateful for the offer. On hearing my request the member of staff informed me that he was sure there was one in the storage room that was an old design so was no longer in display. He hurried off and 5 minutes later returned with a slightly dusty box containing my desired product. Dust wiped off and a little knocked off the price as it was old stock and I left the store a happy customer. This was an especially pleasant shopping experience given my frustrating recent visit to an Exeter brach of the Carphone Warehouse.

The store is a basic pawn shop for people to sell there unwanted items. There's loads of random stuff here and most of the prices are really cheap but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't count on a warranty. I wouldn't recommend it as even the second hand stuff here is sometimes overpriced to what you could pay elsewhere, but if your bored there no reason not to have a quick look.

Secondhand Televisions without a guarantee just aren't worth that much and I wouldn't be prepared to part with my hard earned cash if I didn't know I could get it back if something went wrong.
