If you're after a good deal on a contract phone, then Phones4U is the best place in Hastings to get…read moreone, if you can negotiate that is. One key piece of advice when going into the shop is that they can always offer a better deal than what they advertise in the brochures. The way they work is that they have a set amount that they pay the network and the manufacturer from each sale, anything they get on top of that is their commission and what they have to play with to get a sale. Find the best deal you can, probably on the internet, and take it to them. Chances are they will match or better it. I went for a Nokia N95 about a year and a half ago. They wanted me to pay £50 for the phone, on an 18 month contract paying £45 a month. I got the phone for free on a 12 month contract paying £35 a month. You've nothing to lose by bargaining with them.

I sat down and drank my drink and took of my back brace being careful that I didn't flash everyone my nipples. As I was sitting here I kept getting weird glares so I got up and limped to go find my grandsons some new books.I found the perfect one and as I reached up my back snapped and I couldn't move I had to take my t-shirt off because I needed my back brace back on. As I was trying to get my back brace back I got kicked out because I was walking around the shop half naked. End of the story is I didn't get my back brace or t-shirt back and I didn't get my poor grandsons books.

I bought it at their Lewes store but found it was just the small size so returned it without opening it or leaving the store. They said it was refunded on the Argos card I'd just opened. But the statement keeps showing it as if I'd bought it. Neither Argos cards, their customer service, the store or their twitter help have actually helped - for 3 months. And the web info is still wrong!

There is jewellery, bags, candlesticks, garden ornaments, picture frames, clothes, drapes, all sorts of things. At the moment there is some unusual Christmas decorations. Prices are very reasonable and staff leave you alone whilst you browse. They are closed Sunday & Monday. There is free but limited parking right outside and a free public carpark behind the shops opposite. They also have an online shop but I haven't tried this, yet.

For a smallish shop, they stock a decent range of clothes with a good choice of both smart and casual wear. My fella particularly likes thier jeans - he finds the cut, fit and price perfect! They also do a nice line in reasonably priced t-shirts. As well as clothing they stock a limited range of foot wear and men's accessories. The prices are very reasonable on the whole and their sales are well worth having a nose at , as the clothes are usually greatly reduced, adding to their attraction!
