these scammers are the lowest of the low my daughter signed up to get a phone for my 80 year old…read morefather as a birthday gift as his old phone was so old he could only make calls from it nothing else and after my mother dying we thought it would be a good way of passing some time when we could not be with him all of which was explained to them.After speaking to them she was told the up front cost was £ 49-99 and that as soon as it was paid he would have the phone in time for his 80th birthday we are still waiting there has one excuse after another all of them asking for more money when she tried to get her money back they at first offerd her £15 pounds then after her going ape they said they would as a sign of good will refund £25 part refund that is half of what she paid and she has not had that yet to me this is either a licence to print money or theft

They can almost always be found cheaper elsewhere so though you may look here, I think I'd recommend checking out elsewhere for actual purchasing. The store is quite cramped, again the same as other Game stores, but it's not overwhelmingly bad so long as it isn't busy at the time. Not much else to say for this store really, but definitely would say that it isn't worth a trip for this store in particular.
