Then the Friday before the deployment we got a call telling us they didn't have any of the cabinets and would we like to go and pick some others. Err - No actually. So essentially I had to deal with an individual full of empty apologies not remotely interested in compensating let alone putting the matter right happy to leave matters to the last minute and inconvenience everyone but himself. If their lies, shoddy supply chain, lack of empathy and professionalism is anything to go by - then NO - I will never do business with this bunch of cowboys.
