There should be an option to give 0 stars as a review. I purchased carpet for 2 bedrooms, which I believe was kept in an unsanitary storage situation. The more it was vacuumed and cleaned only brought more dirt to the surface. I complained with the hope that they would make it right, to no avail. The company replied to my first review with statements that were grossly fabricated. Needless to say, I recently had to replace the junk they sold me for quality carpet. Please, don't waste your hard-earned money at Riverchase Carpet and Flooring!

We wanted to remove the jacuzzi tub and…read morecreate a giant shower in that space instead, tear out the old shower and move the toilet there instead, and put down new flooring. Called Brad, he came right out, gave us a quote pretty quick, and let us know when he could do the work. Quote was for the labor and the plumbing. We picked out the tile and fixtures and bought all that separately so you can decide how much you want to spend on that. Brad took the measurements and told us how much we would need. We bought fixtures online and got tile at Lowes. Got marble flooring at Home Depot. We are really happy with the results and love our new bathroom. Any issues we had before and even after the work was done were resolved right away. Definitely recommend Brad and his crew.

They came and did our deck repair and it was fine with a few little issues but otherwise okay. However, when it came time to stain the deck and fence, we were told that one of Brads workers would be handling it. Brad was completely unprofessional and incredibly rude. The worker got started on the work and then left, promising to return in the morning. We agreed to purchase the stain and have it at the house the following day for him to use. We are now sitting with over $1000 worth of stain and nobody to use it. We spoke to Brad again and his vulgarity and immature attitude were completely unacceptable. We NEVER post negative reviews but in this case, we felt it was necessary. Do NOT be fooled by a nice sales pitch. I cannot stress enough how awful this experience has been.

This review is for both South Cypress tile and the product we bought. We bought a hard to find,…read more2X4 inch thin glass tile color of Sage Mosaic. These are very pretty tiles, and while not cheap are sold at a reasonable rate via South Cypress. South Cypress does include a few extra sheets in each batch sold as they do crack sometimes in shipping, but for the most part shipping is trouble free. Incidentally, If you are installing these thin glass tiles, would highly recommend you work with a contractor that has specific and heavy experience cutting glass tile, as they are not all created equal. We had a major problem in the middle of our project where we ran low on tile. I paid over $185 to have the extra tile expedite shipped next day Fed Ex priority overnight to complete the job. Unfortunately, the shipping company South Cypress uses got the wrong address and sent it to another city, delaying my project for a day and costing me additional non-work labor hours. While that was inconvenient, I have to credit South Cypress for going the extra mile on trying to make up for that costly snafu. They refunded the rush shipping charge and gave me that extra box of tile free of charge for the trouble. Big credit to Michael Clark, customer service, for the extra follow up and high level of communication and effort. That deserves high praise - it's nice to see an organization so committed to service that they would do that without even asking. For that reason, I recommend South Cypress and will definitely order product from them again for other projects in the future.
