This caused delays for other tradesmen. Staff were rude and argumentative and tried to blame us when they didn't deliver our skirting boards. Said we hadn't given them all the information. Didn't even apologise when I produced an email showing they'd had the information for nearly two months. * Leaked concrete-like levelling compound into the carpet in an adjoining room and gave us a can of supermarket carpet cleaner and told us to clean it ourselves. Not surprisingly it didn't remove concrete that had set. Took over a month for them to deal with the damage and only paid for it after we threatened to take action. A totally unpleasant experience.
