We purchased vinyl plank flooring from Mike Courts at Carpet Direct. Almost immediately after installation, the ends began to separate, so I called Mike to have it fixed. He came and fixed a few of the gaps, but the planks continued to separate, now along the long edge. Mike keeps saying that he'll come over when he can find the time, but he never does. Now it's been five years (Mike's a friend) and the problem remains unaddressed. We cannot properly mop the floor, because water will get in to the sub-floor. All we can do is Swiffer it. Not only do I not recommend Mike at Carpet Direct, I would recommend that you stay away. read more
