They do not train any of their painters. Any painters of any worth go out on their own to make double the money. Like previous comment, i too had to personally hire a painter to finish their (paid for) work. Don't get fooled by the uniforms and slick marketing. That all it is. No substance behind the franchisee or the franchisor.

I was relieved that our house didn't smell like strong paint odors because I have a young child and a dog, and the walls are easily washable. Not only did they patch all our holes, but they fixed a wall in our office that we damaged from old wallpaper (learned my lesson the hard way) and it looks like a brand new wall now. Moved and put back all furniture in fully furnished house. Covered all furniture when painting. Removed all paintings, filled holes, and sanded. Accurate lines, no drips or splatters. She didn't even shut the vehicle off so I knew it wasn't going to be a very detailed estimate. I explained I had an emergency and apologized for having my nephew (with disabilities) with me. My nephew was struggling at the time and the gentleman was less than, understanding or considerate. He walked once around my house, didn't take any measurements and briefly got an explanation of what I wanted. He then said he'd call me and left. After he left, I actually thought to myself...was that even an employee? He had nothing to even identify himself as an employee and was dressed in his beach clothing. 2 weeks later and still no estimate or even call to acknowledge me. My business is going elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this company to be reliable to actually finish a job when they can't even finish a quote.
