First they assigned us a glass table that was broken( picture attached) and second they wouldn't even change our table because the 10 others were set for dinner but not one of them was actually taken. They were just lazy to remove the silverware. They didn't even get our order right even though it is not that hard to remember 2 drinks. For a 4 star hotel I was expecting better service DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!

The sewage smell in the elevator is a lot less strong than it was earlier today, and the sewage smell from the bathroom is mild but distinctive. The thermostat says 53 (too cold for the room in Fahrenheit and too warm for Celsius) and is broken. I'm cold, and there isnt an extra blanket in the room. I haven't complained to the front desk because I'm not sure how they could possibly fix everything wrong here.
