I feel like she's well-prepared to start Kinder in the fall. I'm also impressed with the advancements I've seen in my son as he's progressed through the toddler program into the 2s. All of the teachers make an effort to know every child's name and I think that makes them feel very special and included. I appreciate that they went through the process to become accredited and have a strong curriculum in place (while leaving plenty of room for the kids to still have fun). It's also nice that being in a federal building makes you feel like the kids are very safe. There are numerous security measures in place to finally get through the center's door, but nothing that would scare the kids. All of the building's security officers are so sweet with the kids!

My biggest problem was enforcing policies across the board for all children and parents. I felt like my daughter was scratched WAY TOO MUCH! I understand kids scratch, but if the nail clipping policy is enforced and parents are required to cut their daughter's or son's nails, scratches would happen less. Teachers should have nail clippers available at drop-off so parents can clip their children's nails. All in all, whenever I had a critique or comment for staff, it was always heard and respected.

I'd toured other schools where the teachers in the room my twins would be in didn't even speak or a knowledge me(red flag). They had beautiful music playing (it was nearing nap time) and it smelled so clean. It was so bright and had such great energy throughout the building. I was pleased to see weekly charts in lesson plans and active. I'm just all around excited that I FINALLY found the school/daycare for my children that I can breath a little more easy about. This is one of my first experiences using a daycare facility because we often use family. I had to use this daycare facility out of necessity for my child. My child is pre-k age and is/was potty training and the facility did not properly assist my child in keeping themselves clean or on track with potty training. My child came home with poop streaks, and poor bathroom hygiene from not wiping properly almost daily. My child came home with no pants, no shoes (they lost them and could not find them until the next day), covered in pen ink and marker, a Missing backpack (they lost it and could not find it until the next day) on several occasions. It became increasingly apparent that the facility was not able to take care of children correctly. My child never came home with any notes or work that they had done, so I am only left to assume that no activities or curriculum was used at the facility for the pre-K age students. There was little to no communication with me regarding what was going on at the facility and when I was called it was only to tell me that there was an issue. My child was in this facility for only a few months and WE ARE NOT GOING BACK. The last straw for me was when my child was INJURED by a daycare worker causing the need for an EMERGENCY ROOM VISIT. To be clear this INJURY was caused by the caregiver based on the information I received from the doctor. This may not be everyone's experience, but it was mine and if I was a parent seeking a new daycare I would want to know what is going on at the facility. Please know that I do not normally write reviews of this nature, but felt like others needed to know our experience at this facility in order for them to make the best decisions for their own children and families. Please stay safe and my recommendation is to seek daycare anywhere, but at this facility. I hope the facility improves and works on training for the caregivers in the facility, but they have a long way to go as far as I am concerned.

I stalk him all the time on the little parent stalker cameras, and they're always playing with him, feeding him, or doing a cute activity. In the summer, they have splash day once a week where they fill little kiddy pools up with about an inch of water and let them splash around. It's adorable. Added bonus- this school provides formula and food for the kids! I wasn't initially looking for a school that offered that, but wow, it sure is an added bonus. I get weekly emails of photos of my son and a little tid bit of what they worked on for the week, it couldn't be any cuter- letters, animals, numbers, colors, friendship, you name it, they work on it. My son came home with a deep cut on his finger and busted lip and no one could explain what happened. They offered to change his class which I did but never felt comfortable because the new classroom was not Visible from the outside as the first one was. I've witnessed caregivers being very rough with the children , including my own , when she was changing his diaper and didn't realize I was standing outside the window , she throw up down very aggressively and changed his diaper rough. I convinced myself I was being paranoid because he's my "baby" but i wasn't. As mothers we have intuition and we have to trust it. Mother to mother, find another daycare, there's tons of other options within miles. I will also try to upload the photo of my sons injuries and the email I sent addressing this matter.

Since the Centre is in the SW Medical complex, they cater to the babies of those employees but non-employees can bring their little ones here too. My two year old has only gone for a day but she absolutely loves it! I'll update later... Update: It's now 5 months since my initial post and I'm just so grateful for this place. I love that parents have to go through 3 passcode protected places to get into the facility: once to get into the parking garage if you go that route, once on the external door of the daycare, and once more after you've checked your little ones in with your fingerprint. Other daycares make you wait upfront and they go get your kid....not a fan. I like the built in accountability that places on staff. If a parent can walk in at any moment, staff really have to be fully aware of every action taken and word spoken. I have an infant and a preschooler who both love it. There are set schedules for each class and my infant has gotten super strong from all the tummy time she gets. She loves being around the other babies and they grin and giggle when they get to bounce up and down on their bouncers together. The staff are wonderful and I haven't seen any turnover. Parents of infants, take note, there's pretty much always a waiting list. I've talked to several moms who put their little ones on the waiting list while they were still pregnant...but you might get lucky.

He loves going to school every day, he loves his teachers, and has made many friends. Prior to starting, I was concerned with his speech and some of his social skills but after 4 short months he has grown and developed so much and I believe it is due to the environment and curriculum at Primrose. Nicole is super sweet every morning when I drop off, and my son loves her yoga class! The school itself is very clean and the classrooms very clean, colorful, and organized. The parents and families are also very kind! Lastly, we are very thankful that Primrose remains open during this national crisis, as I am a single mom and an essential worker. If it was not for Primrose being available to care for my son as I work, I'm not sure what we would do. I feel safe and have peace of mind as Primrose has made sure to take all necessary precautions to be sanitary and protect the kids and staff!! Thank you Primrose.

Not good and no thank you. I have popped in for tours at other schools because as any parent would, you want to research the place you will put your trust in to care for your child. The other schools made a great point by saying to show up unexpectedly so you can see what it's really like. Well I think I see whats going on here.
