TL;DR : Pleasant sounding ladies. Canceled my order twice. Poor communication for a business trying to do online orders. Delivered "56 dollars of whatever" to my mom a day late. *Update* They charged me an extra 20 dollars more than the original order. $74 total. The flowers themselves looked ok from the picture I received but I can't attest to whether it was worth $74 I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day through their online site. I had to change the date of delivery after finding out my mom would not be home on the original date so I called them. They assured me a note would be left with the florist to change the date. Instead they canceled the order. I found out when I called to confirm the change the next day. I was then told that they could make a new order and deliver on time. I received a call back a few minutes later because the pre-paid card I used was declined because their initial refund had not shown on the card yet. They said they would try again on the day of delivery and if it was declined give me a call so I could give them my regular credit card info. The day of delivery comes and goes with no call from either the florist or my mother. I call the florist the next morning and find out that they canceled my order AGAIN. No call for my credit info or to tell me they were canceling. There was no answer as to why they didn't call to get my regular credit info as we discussed the day before. They said they could still deliver that day but there was "almost no flowers left" and they would just put "$56 of whatever into a vase". Thanks. I'm sure my mom will be thrilled to receive 56 dollars of whatever from her two sons. They seem like nice ladies on the phone. read more
