The only annoying part was I needed to retake some labs and I requested they email them to me, but they never did. I called and left a message, days later still no response so I called and spoke to front desk. In some cases this is great if you're sick, but can adversely affect the current appointments for that day For me, it's more important to find a doctor who will prescribe needed orders and medications than wait times. So I've just managed expectations on that front. I understand some others may feel different.
