She is extremely professional and also very good at fillers! She was attentive to skin concerns & explained everything fully (I'm fair-skinned & worry about past sun-exposure). My filler appt was great, and Samantha (Cosmetic Coordinator) gave me detailed info & feedback from her own personal experience. On each visit, all staff has been attentive, friendly & welcoming. I was worried at first about product purchase, as they can be expensive, but the staff up front still made me feel important and respected - even on a budget. They explain well all the products they carry & what can be of most help for your particular need. Derma-care is certainly not low-cost, but how much does a gal spend on nails & toes over 6-months time??!! Why not keep your face glowing & healthy too! Having healthy skin is SO important & often overlooked by so many until it's too late..... DON'T wait; in the very least get an annual Derma-check-up every year! :o)

I have had 3 visits since April 2026. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. However, the…read moredoctor (Sophia) and technician had the worst bedside manner I've ever encountered from a doctor in my life. The technician asked for me to extend my arm in the air while taking a blood pressure reading. This is not typical or correct. A patient's arm should never be held unsupported up in the air. It should be rested. I said to her " this will surely elevate my blood pressure". Then she stated, "your BP is elevated". you think? The doctor would not listen to my concerns and instead became defensive, sassy, and condescending. I felt dismissed and disrespected throughout the interaction, rather than heard and treated with professionalism and courtesy I would expect from a medical provider.

A few days later I received a notice of a bill for the Botox which was paid for at the time of the visit. I had to call back 3 times to get this resolved. Then I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance for the Annual Exam. I have an Dermatology visit every year because I have had skin cancer and it has ALWAYS been covered. This year the EOB said I owed $175. I called Blue Cross to explain it was an annual visit and they indicated the office did not bill it that way. When I called the billing department for the office they said they are a specialty office and don't bill for annual visits, they bill as office visit and because I had one area frozen they considered that a procedure. Absolutely insane, I have areas burned off at EVERY annual visit and it is all covered, it is a skin check, at a dermatologist....and I have NEVER BEEN BILLED because annual visits are covered. But they keep coming back with lame excuses that they are a specialty doctor, yeah a dermatologist, and they don't file for annual visit.
