The guy just basically jumped all over me. He was screaming at me, how busy they were and the hours they worked. I hadn't acted ugly, I just asked when they might get to me. I believe there is a lack of management problem here. Guys who can work on comuters, but have no idea how to treat customers. Very unprofessional. Actually, what I need them to work on, is the same thing they supposidly fixed before. They have to come out, it is my printer, which is new, that will not stay connected to my laptop.

We have been with them since July, 2018. It was time for us to get new phones. My phone was not charging and my wife's phone was going blank screen at times. My wife was given details for existing customers on promotions concerning the Stylo 5 LG phone on 12/23/19. Buy 1 and get 1 Free, we thought based on the reps information. She was told not to pay our monthly bill which was due on 12/25 and wait until the phones came in and pay $151.00. We followed those instructions, my wife returned to the store on 12/26 and was told by the store manager that it would be double the amount?. After speaking with the manager, she was informed there was nothing she could do? I would think when your misinformed by a rep, you make it right, that is Customer Service. I am still waiting for the DM to call me back and have dealt with several customer service people who have been no assistance to me. We have proceeded with our complaint and will be following up 1/4 at the store to see if Boost Mobile can honor what had been relayed. I will keep you posted :) In the meanwhile, I have been without a working phone since it wont charge and my wife's phone continues to giver her the same issues. We have an insurance business and our phone are very important to on and working properly. Based on what we informed from Boost mobile, this should not be an on-going issue.

The cost of the phone was ten dollars a month compared to a poorer quality phone that would cost me sixteen dollars a month that the Boone store was offering me. April the Supervisor and Cindy were also on hand to provide not only comfort but quality service. This is my Spectrum Store. So my husband went to their showroom several weeks ago to inquire about countertops for our RV. He talked to Christy and she showed him several options. She said her husband Neil was the expert on Corian; he was out of town and VERY busy, but she would make sure that he gave my husband a call when he got back into town on Friday. Friday came and went--no call. We weren't really concerned--maybe he didn't get the message or maybe he was too very BUSY to call. We went together to the showroom on Monday so I could look at samples. We asked to talk to Neil, but he wasn't in yet. We asked if we could make an appointment to meet with him. At this point, the receptionist called Neil's cell phone and left him a message to call us to set up an appointment. She said that Neil was very BUSY, but she would make sure that he gave us a phone call by the end of the day. Two weeks later--still haven't heard from Neil--so much for shopping local and repeat customers. We went to Johnson's Granite in Mt Airy. A little far, but worth it. I highly recommend them. We made an appointment with Abby and she actually returned our phone call--imagine that!! She sent us a quote by the end of the day and has responded every time I had a question. Bottom line--don't waste your time with this company--they obviously could care less about customer service.
