I had to wait 40 minutes because I just walked in and every seat was taken (understandable, but if you are impatient then probobly not a good place for you to just walk in). I told her exactly what I wanted picture and all. Argued with me and told me that what I wanted the stylist did wrong but she was gonna do it right. So I knew I wasn't going to get the original style I wanted so I settled for something else I just knew she couldn't fuck up..... But she did.... while doing my hair I asked why was she burning the hair where it was noticable she kept reassuring me that it was going to turn out right. It didn't. After she dipped my hair the burnt hair was very noticeable. I told her I wasn't happy and she argued with me back and forth for 10 minutes. I got her to make some adjustments but this is not what I asked for. She must've knew I wasn't going to be satisfied before she finished because she started mentioning how African people put roots on clients who give them trouble and won't pay. All those pictures on she has posted on Yelp is not her work. Go somewhere where there's quality service and you get exactly what you ask for because she ain't it. P.S. I haven't been to this place in 15 years but was visiting family in town and needed a hair cut…read morereally bad... Saundra was the most detailed hair cutter I have ever had. She did an awesome job and was great to talk to. I'm a person who has multiple cow licks on top and she went back and fixed each one to ensure I got the best cut. She was phenomenal. I will def be getting my hair cut here every time I come back home.
