They hung up on me twice, saying they couldn't see me that day even though my husband had taken the day off. I had to escalate to a supervisor, who promised a full refund. When I arrived, they tried to pressure me into signing a waiver and only offered me $350 back instead. They were hesitant to even show me the bridge, and when they did, it was bulky and I didn't like it. They kept pushing me back into the chair, grabbed my hands to stop me from leaving, and insisted on installing the bridge anyway. When I refused, the dental assistants started yelling insults at me and acted like they wanted to hit me. I had to push my way out. Terrible experience -- stay away."

If I have to have my teeth looked at and fixed, Coombs & Ross Family Denistry is where I'll be!
