Seen by Addison Ritchie, NP, who completed three biopsies to rule out Basal Cell carcinoma and Dysplastic Nevus. As of 11/19/25 (nearly six weeks since visit), no pathology results posted to patient portal and no call or letter in snail mail/email with results and next steps, but the center sends daily email reminders to pay my bill. Called the center on 11/19 and learned biopsy results not back from lab yet. Not at all pleased with Ms. Ritchie's follow-through and now beginning to wonder, based on Ritchie's lack of curiosity about the results, whether the biopsies were even necessary or just revenue for the center!

I cannot say enough great things about Juile's expert care. She takes great care with each patient. I called tri-care and got my daughters' dermatology referral switched to another local dermatologist in town. If you are tricare, call them now to have it switched. Don't even bother making the appointment. FYI: With tricare, if you see the doctor once, you cannot switch doctors. But if you've never seen the doctor on a new referral, you can switch before the first visit.
