While I was standing outside my car talking to a friend, one of their workers came from behind the car next to mine and blew grass clippings directly into our faces, into my open car, and all over my dashboard, floor, door panels, clothes, shoes, and hair. We were yelling and waving our hands to get his attention, but he didn't stop right away. When he finally saw us, he just turned around and walked off -- no apology, no acknowledgment. I called the McDonald's right away and was given the landscaping company's contact info. I spoke to a woman who said she'd pass the message to a supervisor, but no one ever followed up. Totally unprofessional behavior and even worse customer service. If you care about courtesy and respect, I wouldn't recommend this company for any kind of work.

I told James I wanted to remove the threat to my shed, but do as little damage possible to the tree. He agreed & explained how he'd trim in a way that would allow the branches to keep growing without damaging the shed. Other people tried to rip me off by claiming they'd have to cut WAY more than necessary, just so they could charge more. James, Emily & their son JJ did the job today. It took about an hour & was exactly as we discussed. And, aside from the fact that the shed roof is now visible lol, you'd never even know they were here. They hauled away all the cut limbs & didn't even leave tracks from backing the truck/trailer into my yard! I went with James because he knew his stuff, gave a fair price & just seemed like a good person. After meeting his family & seeing their work, I'm SO happy I followed my gut. I definitely plan to call them for future jobs.

This September marks the third time in the past year that the company has failed to show to perform scheduled and time-sensitive seasonal yard clean-up, trimming, and mulching on a large lot. Twice when we had guests coming, they simply didn't show up and we had to make do ourselves. And now this fall, no show again and is not even responding to call/voicemail/texts. This is no longer behaving as a reliable or professional service, and we hope some changes are made soon.
